Project overview
Linking Regions for Innovative and Integrated Senior Care in Central Europe
Promising approaches to elderly care often remain limited to the regions where they were first tested because services, responsibilities and standards differ across central Europe. LINK-AGE adapts solutions from four earlier Interreg projects so they can work in new settings. Six pilots will cover needs ranging from prevention and support at home to residential care. Their lessons will help authorities and care providers improve regional services, build lasting cooperation and spread successful models more widely, easing pressure from staff shortages and ageing populations.
