We are looking for experts to carry out an operational evaluation of the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Programme.
The key objective of the operational evaluation is to assess the programme management and implementation along two main evaluation criteria: effectiveness and efficiency. More information can be found in the Terms of Reference.
