Over the past two days, project partners gathered in Treviso for the official kick-off meeting of the LINK-AGE project.
The meeting marked the beginning of our joint journey to build on and transfer knowledge, tools and experiences developed through previous initiatives, including PROCAREFUL, DigiCare4CE, CROSSCARE2.0 and STAR, while laying the foundations for the activities that will be implemented over the coming months.
During the meeting, partners aligned on the project vision, work plan, governance structure, communication activities and cooperation roadmap. Productive discussions helped define the first steps towards achieving our common objectives and strengthening collaboration across the partnership.
