LINK-AGE partners started adapting proven solutions to local needs

LINK-AGE partners have started a collaborative exchange process designed to help transfer successful approaches from previous projects into new local settings.

By bringing together organisations with hands-on experience and partners preparing to implement similar solutions, the project aims to make the best use of existing knowledge while ensuring that future activities respond to local needs and realities.

Based on a mentorship approach, in the following months partners will keep working in small groups to explore what has worked in the past, what challenges have been encountered, and how proven ideas can be adapted rather than simply replicated. Alongside the small group meetings, the partners will meet monthly to share updates on the mentoring process and developments relating to the identity implementation process.

Stay tuned to discover the valuable insights that will emerge from these discussions!
