Project overview
Advancing Hydrogen Planning in Central Europe
Hydrogen production, storage, transport and use need to be planned as one system, but neighbouring regions often develop separate strategies and infrastructure that do not connect. HyAdvanCE adapts tools from earlier Interreg projects to help authorities, energy providers and businesses identify where hydrogen can best support local industry and energy systems, and what infrastructure is needed. Regions will test this approach, prepare joint cross-border strategies and upgrade an open platform where users can compare options, share knowledge and avoid duplicating investments.
