This multilingual digital toolkit supports the development of Corporate Digital Responsibility skills in small and medium-sized enterprises across Central Europe. Designed primarily for trainers, business support organisations and SME employees, it combines practical guidance with a structured training methodology that can be adapted to different sectors, levels of digital maturity and organisational needs. The toolkit covers the key dimensions of responsible digitalisation, including data privacy, cybersecurity, ethical data and artificial intelligence use, digital sustainability, accessibility and inclusion. It also provides practical exercises, case studies, assessment tools, implementation checklists and guidance for translating learning outcomes into concrete organisational practices. In addition, the document explains the methodology and process behind the SME upskilling and reskilling programme, including the selection and preparation of trainers, the adaptation of training content and the delivery of tailored support to SMEs. It can therefore be used both as a training resource and as a practical reference for organisations seeking to introduce responsible, secure and sustainable digital practices.

This output presents the jointly developed, long-term COEUS Strategy for strengthening Corporate Digital Responsibility across Central Europe. Built on project research, pilot activities and stakeholder input, it defines the conditions, skills, support measures and cooperation mechanisms needed to help SMEs adopt responsible, secure, inclusive and sustainable digital practices. The Strategy also clarifies the roles of public authorities, business support organisations, trainers and other stakeholders, and provides a common framework for evaluating, transferring and scaling the COEUS toolkit. Together with the territorial Action Plans, it supports practical implementation and the long-term uptake of project results beyond the project lifetime.

This output consists of five jointly developed territorial Action Plans that translate the COEUS Strategy into practical measures for strengthening Corporate Digital Responsibility across Central Europe. Prepared according to a common methodology, each plan is adapted to the specific needs, institutional context and SME ecosystem of the respective territory, while maintaining a shared structure and strategic direction. The plans include measures already tested or introduced during the project, as well as follow-up actions related to CDR awareness, training, SME support, stakeholder cooperation, policy integration and long-term monitoring. Project partners and associated partners endorse this common approach and express their intention to continue cooperation, integrate COEUS tools into existing services and support the continued uptake of responsible digital practices among SMEs after the project ends.
