The COEUS Project officially entered in its last semester at the beginning of May, meaning that in October the project will reach its end.
However, our effort will not stop with the conclusion of the project. In fact, we are working in order to ensure a longer impact of the activities to improve Corporate Digital Responsibility in the SMEs of Central Europe!
How? Since December 2025 we have been jointly working on strategic documents to be implemented by each partner of the project: a common Strategy and territorial Action Plans. These documents have the aim to capitalise the experience and knowledge maturated during the project and to guarantee a longer impact on our territories with a shared commitment for the improvement of CDR in local SMEs and innovation ecosystems.
Stakeholders of the different territories have been involved since the beginning of the activities, with numerous dedicated moments:
✅ Interactive discussion on Strategy and Action Plans during the meeting hosted by Lubelskie Voivodeship on 03.12.2025
✅ Presentation of the preliminary architecture of the Strategy and collection of feedbacks during the Transnational Stakeholder Group online meeting on 17.02.2026
✅ Presentation and interactive discussion on the contents of the Strategy during the Transnational Stakeholder Group online meeting on 07.05.2026
In particular, the Strategy is composed by an introduction and 10 chapters, each of which cannot be taken separately from the others in order to be effective:

🟢 Presentation of the first draft of the Action Plans and collection of feedbacks during the Transnational Stakeholder Group online meeting on 02.07.2026
🟢 Finalisation and endorsement of Strategy and Action Plans
🟢 Public presentation of the COEUS Strategy and Territorial Action Plans during the final project meeting hosted by the metropolitan City of Turin (Italy) on 24.09.2026
