The project closure occurs through the monitoring of the last joint activity and finance reports to be delivered 3 months after project finalisation.
As part of the last joint activity report, additional information on sustainability, uptake and transfer of outputs and results shall be reported.

- Costs for project closure (chapter I.4.2.5);
- Retention of documents after project closure (chapter III.3.6);
- Durability of outputs (chapter III.5).
During the project closure phase, projects might be asked to provide additional information through surveys.
