During the visit, the GetCohesive team presented the pilot project “Increasing labour market opportunities for refugee women”. The pilot focuses on improving access to employment for refugee women and supporting their participation in the labour market.
We also shared the booklet “Ways to Participation: Insights, Learnings and Recommendations from GetCohesive”. The booklet brings together key lessons from the implementation phase and outlines recommendations to strengthen participation and create better opportunities for refugee women.
