Day 1 (Ljubljana):
Project updates: Checked progress on local test projects in cities and schools.
Website and tools: Reviewed the online platform used for sharing information.
Next steps: Talked about what worked well and planned the next actions.
City walk: Toured the city center and river area to see climate solutions in person.
Day 2 (Kranj):
Site visit: Explored the local test site hosted by the City of Kranj.
Sharing ideas: Met with teams from two other climate projects (Urbio Bauhaus and Be Ready Project) to learn from each other.
