At the heart of the programme was a Transnational Seminar, during which partners and invited stakeholders explored the current and emerging landscape of autonomous mobility. The session addressed:
– Evolving definitions and classifications of AVs
– Key challenges and opportunities for deployment and regulation
– International case studies highlighting real-world applications and policy approaches
The seminar offered a space to reflect on how urban governance, innovation ecosystems, and community engagement can intersect to guide mobility transitions in a responsible and inclusive way.
The event was held at the historic Biblioteca Malatestiana, a UNESCO-recognised site in Cesena. This unique venue provided a symbolic backdrop, merging tradition and innovation—a fitting metaphor for GINEVRA’s mission to build future-ready transport systems rooted in shared values and responsible governance.
With new insights and stronger connections, the partnership leaves Cesena energised and better aligned for the final implementation phase of the project.
A sincere thank you to Comune di Cesena for hosting the meeting and offering an inspiring setting for dialogue and learning.
