GEtCoheSive Showcases Participatory Governance Toolkits at Venice Dissemination Event

Date: 14.11.2025
The GEtCoheSive team convened in Venice for a dissemination event presenting the practice-oriented tools for participatory governance developed within the project and the results of its pilot actions aimed at strengthening the engagement of underrepresented or underserved citizens. The meeting opened with a brief roundtable introduction, allowing participants to share their backgrounds and fields of work, followed by an overview of the project’s objectives, implementation steps, and methodological approach.

Participants were then shown a video presentation of the Toolkits, complemented by short explanations from the GEtCoheSive team. Attendees then took part in a group activity, before reconvening in plenary to share reflections and insights.

The event brought together project members and, above all, a wide range of external participants, including numerous civil society organisations and representatives of public authorities from the Veneto and Emilia-Romagna regions. Discussions centred on the innovative potential, applicability, and transferability of the tested approaches, fostering the exchange of perspectives among local stakeholders and supporting the broader dissemination of the project’s outcomes.
