Over the past years, Capacity2Transform has been working across Central Europe to accelerate Digital–Green–Creative (DGC) transformation in entrepreneurial ecosystems — bridging business support organisations, SMEs, cultural and creative industries, technology providers and tourism stakeholders.
From now we will focus on one priority: results you can use — not just what we did, but what others can replicate.
What we will publish (and where)
Across the Interreg Central Europe website and the MediaFactory platform, we will roll out a structured series of updates that explain:
-
What changed in regional ecosystems through pilots and implementation
-
Which tools and methods were tested, and what worked best
-
How to reuse the outputs in other regions and support programmes
-
What legacy pathways the partnership is putting in place beyond the project lifetime
One of the project’s flagship pilot processes, Building Bridges, demonstrated how structured co-creation can turn regional challenges into implementable solutions. Across 9 regions, partners carried out 12 regional co-creation workshops and 5 transnational workshop sessions, leading to the promotion and implementation of 10 DGC solutions. The process also tested the usability of selected support tools in both regional and transnational settings.
Save the date: Transferability Conference — 4 February 2026 (Stuttgart, Look 21)
A major milestone of the closing phase will be the Transferability Conference in Stuttgart, bringing together eight EU-funded projects to share results, transferable tools and future pathways for capacity building and sustainability. The agenda includes opening speeches, a keynote on skills as drivers of transformation, a fire-pitching session (“8 projects – 8 skill pathways”), panel discussions, project-led workshops, and a closing session presenting key takeaways and graphic recording.
