The Fifth GINEVRA Partner Meeting commenced on the 7th of May in Cesena, Italy, marking an important step forward in the project’s coordination and final implementation phase. Hosted by the Municipality of Cesena, Day 1 brought together partners for a series of focused discussions and strategic planning sessions.
The agenda covered several core dimensions of the GINEVRA project, with updates and exchanges on:
– Demo site progress across pilot locations, including implementation timelines and operational readiness
– Citizen engagement strategies, highlighting inclusive approaches for co-design and public participation
– Risk and emergency communication, ensuring safety and transparency around autonomous vehicle testing
– Project capitalisation, with an emphasis on long-term impact, replication potential, and policy relevance
The setting offered an inspiring environment for exchange and reflection, fostering shared ownership and alignment among all project partners.
