The ENTURE-CE journey is about to begin.

On 8 and 9 October 2026, the partners of the Interreg project ENTURE-CE will gather in Bolzano, Italy, for the project’s official Kick-off Meeting, hosted by the Lead Partner Eurac Research.

The event will provide a first opportunity for partners to connect, exchange experiences, and build the foundations of the collaboration that will shape ENTURE-CE over the next two years. Discussions will focus on the project’s vision, expected results, and upcoming activities, while also highlighting the valuable knowledge and achievements inherited from previous European initiatives on sustainable tourism, environmental education, protected area management, and cross-border governance

Throughout the two-day, participants will explore the project’s work packages in depth, discuss implementation strategies, define coordination mechanisms, and officially establish the partnership structure that will guide the project. The programme will also include dedicated sessions on communication, project management, reporting procedures, and future governance arrangements, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities and next steps across the consortium.

ENTURE-CE aims to enhance environmental education and sustainable tourism in protected and cross-border natural areas by supporting park managers, engaging local communities and visitors, and testing innovative governance models for Transboundary Biosphere Reserves. Through cooperation, shared learning, and active participation, the project will contribute to building more resilient ecosystems and stronger connections between nature and people across Central Europe.

Welcome to Bolzano and to the beginning of the ENTURE-CE journey! We look forward to working together to develop innovative and lasting solutions for nature, people, and future generations.
