This issue puts a strong focus on real-world application. Through the CIREVALC Accelerator, companies in the food, catering and packaging sectors are not only testing circular solutions, but actively integrating them into their operations. From sustainable packaging innovations and zero-waste retail models to the valorisation of agricultural by-products, the pilots demonstrate how circular economy principles translate into concrete business practices.
At the same time, the newsletter highlights the role of collaboration in driving this transition. Engagement with stakeholders at events such as SIRHA Budapest 2026, along with continuous knowledge exchange between partners, shows how cooperation accelerates innovation and opens new market opportunities. The development of the CIREVALC platform and online marketplace further strengthens these connections by linking organisations, solutions and needs across regions.
The newsletter also looks ahead to key upcoming moments, including the 2nd CIREVALC Lab in Dresden, dedicated to sharing experiences and developing practical tools for SMEs, and the Final Dissemination Event in Rzeszów, where project results and future cooperation opportunities will be presented.
