At the heart of CIREVALC was the development and testing of the CIREVALC Circular Community Accelerator – a jointly developed solution designed to help organisations identify circular opportunities, access expert support, build new partnerships and turn circular ideas into practice.
From testing to a transferable solution
The CIREVALC Accelerator was tested in participating regions with local pioneers from the food, catering and packaging sectors. Their experience helped partners validate and fine-tune the Accelerator and transform the pilot experience into a solution that can be reused and adapted in other regions.

Connecting circular businesses and organisations
The project also developed the CIREVALC Mapping Tool and Online Marketplace, which connects organisations and makes circular solutions and cooperation opportunities more visible.
The platform is designed to support new connections and the further use of project results beyond the project lifetime.

Turning experience into action
CIREVALC transformed the knowledge and experience gained during the project into strategic results that can support future circular economy initiatives.
These include the CIREVALC Strategy, the CIREVALC Joint Action Plan and the CIREVALC Central European Action Plan, providing recommendations and concrete directions for further action.
