Circular WEEEP Featured by EWWR and ACR+: Boosting Visibility Across Europe

Date: 21.11.2025

We are pleased to announce that the Circular WEEEP (CWEEEP) project has recently been highlighted across several communication channels by the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) and ACR+. This visibility marks an important step in raising awareness about our shared mission to advance sustainable e-waste management and promote circular practices across Europe.

The published materials include:

  • An article on the EWWR website, titled “Tackling e-waste together: Circular WEEEP for sustainable e-waste management”, which offers an insightful overview of the project’s objectives, partnership, and contributions toward transitioning from a linear to a circular model in the treatment of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).

  • A dedicated infographic presenting the key elements, goals, and value of the Circular WEEEP approach in a clear and accessible format.

  • Social media coverage on Instagram and Facebook, helping broaden the outreach to audiences engaged in circular economy practices, sustainability initiatives, and community-based repair and reuse actions.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our project partner CPU, whose efforts ensured the coordination and dissemination of these publications. Their contribution has been essential in strengthening the project’s communication impact.

As Circular WEEEP continues to progress, we look forward to further opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engagement with stakeholders across Europe. Together, we are building momentum toward a more sustainable and circular future for e-waste management.
