BVH (Bányavagyon-hasznosító Nonprofit Közhasznú Kft.) has leased the unused deep drilling well Mcsát-1 to the Municipality of Mezőcsát to be transformed into a geothermal energy source. The aim is to heat municipal buildings sustainably, reducing both energy dependency and ecological impact.
As a partner in the TRANSGEO project, BVH supported the recent webinar by inviting key stakeholders from the geothermal sector and engaging in meaningful discussions before and after the event to address their questions and support a deeper understanding of the project’s goals.
BVH continues to share TRANSGEO updates through its website and social media channels, ensuring openness and visibility.
The team also took part in the PhD Geothermal Days in Szeged, an opportunity to showcase the project internationally and build new professional relationships.
BVH remains dedicated to involving stakeholders, especially companies working in innovative geothermal technologies, engineering services, and geothermal energy production implementation. Participation in events, conferences, consultations, and cluster meetings continues to strengthen BVH’s presence in the geothermal and sustainable energy sectors.
