After three years of cooperation across Central Europe, the DigiCare4CE project has officially concluded.
The project helped long-term care providers address challenges linked to ageing populations, staff shortages and the need for digital transformation in elderly care. Partners tested digital solutions in real care settings and developed practical tools such as the DigiCare4CE Model, the DigiCare4CE Online Check, regional innovation plans and Transnational Practitioners’ Guides.
These results support care organisations in assessing their digital maturity, planning innovation and implementing digital solutions step by step. The project also strengthened staff competences, improved workflows and contributed to safer, more efficient and more person-centred care.
Although the project has ended, its results will continue to be used. Through Innovation Partnership Agreements, partners will keep cooperating, exchanging knowledge and supporting further digital transformation in long-term care.
