𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗜 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

The camp brought together a diverse group, including patients, IT experts,
medical staff and med-tech providers.
The primary focus was on developing a digital app to support patients during their transition from hospital to rehabilitation. Through collaborative discussions and workshops, participants generated valuable suggestions for app improvement and outlined 🧭 a roadmap for its development in the second phase and beyond.
