The MECOG-CE project meeting took place in Turin on 12 and 13 November 2025. Partners reviewed the project’s progress, discussed the latest version of the Strategy for strengthening metropolitan cooperation and governance, and exchanged views on upcoming steps. A central part of the programme was a workshop on Action Plans, where metropolitan areas presented their priorities and measures for improving cooperation and governance. The agenda also included a discussion on the future of metropolitan areas in the new Multiannual Financial Framework and preparations for the Final conference in Brno (19 March 2026). The meeting concluded with a site visit and was hosted by the Metropolitan City of Turin.
