The webinar introduced the DigiCare4CE Online Check, a web-based tool available without installation or registration. The tool is designed for staff members and managers of long-term care facilities who want to learn more about digitalisation, assess their organisation’s digital maturity and access practical guidance for the digital transformation process. Participants were also introduced to the Transnational DigiCare4CE Model, which provides a reference framework for the digital transformation of long-term care facilities. The webinar highlighted that successful digitalisation should start with a clear needs analysis, co-creation with staff and users, careful selection of technical solutions, training, communication, and continuous monitoring and evaluation.
