The PROCAREFUL project concluded with its final international event held on 13 February 2026 in Treviso, Italy. The conference brought together experts, stakeholders, and organizations from across Central Europe to address one of the most pressing challenges of our time: how to support healthy and active ageing at home.
The event focused on three key pillars, prevention, innovation, and care, and explored practical solutions and future strategies to improve the quality of life for older adults. Participants had the opportunity to learn about innovative approaches to home care, discover how other EU projects were shaping new models of care across Central Europe, and exchange views on the future of active ageing and the role of technology in supporting independence.
