The first day will be dedicated to reviewing the outcomes of citizen and stakeholder engagement pilots, presenting progress on autonomous vehicle technology demonstrations, showcasing communication results linked to the demo phase, advancing the final delivery of the GINEVRA Toolkit, and holding the sixth Steering Committee Meeting focused on contingency measures, potential project extension, and rescheduling of final activities.
The second day will focus on the uptake and mainstreaming of GINEVRA results, followed by joint action planning and final wrap-up discussions. This meeting represents a key milestone as the project consolidates pilot outcomes, fine-tunes its governance tools, and strengthens the long-term legacy and future uptake of GINEVRA beyond the project’s lifetime.
