Burnout Prevent partners are meeting in Zadar!

In Person
Location: Zadar, Croatia
Date: 09.06.2026 - 10.06.2026
WHY THIS IS IMPORTARTN?
Burnout prevention cannot be introduced only from the top down. In SMEs, where teams are often smaller, roles are more flexible and daily work pressures are highly visible, employees and managers need to co-create practical solutions together.
Participatory measures help organisations identify real sources of work-related stress and design responses that fit their everyday working environment. This can include improving communication, clarifying roles and expectations, strengthening peer support, adjusting workloads, introducing healthier work routines, and creating space for employees to discuss stress factors before they lead to burnout.
During the Zadar meeting, project partners will present the implemented testing of these measures in 21 SMEs, exchange lessons learned and discuss how participatory approaches can support more resilient, healthy and people-centred workplaces.
The meeting will also address digital detox testing, reduction of digital stress, development of a personal guide for employees, and policy recommendations for improving mental health in the workplace.
We look forward to productive discussions, shared learning and continued cooperation toward healthier workplaces across Central Europe.
