On 4 July 2026, project partner AGRRA – Zadar County Rural Development Agency organised an ENRICH-US Info Day during the traditional Bukara 2026 eno-gastronomic festival in Benkovac, Croatia.

The event provided an opportunity to present the ENRICH-US project to visitors, local stakeholders and the wider public. Participants learned about the project objectives and activities, which focus on developing sustainable eco-cultural tourism and strengthening cooperation between the public, private and civil sectors in the Ravni Kotari pilot area.

The Info Day aimed to raise awareness of the project, inform local stakeholders and encourage their active participation in future project activities and sustainable destination management.

Bukara is one of the most important traditional eno-gastronomic events in the Benkovac area. It brings together local producers, artisans, associations, tourism boards, public institutions and numerous visitors. This made it an excellent opportunity to introduce ENRICH-US in an accessible setting and to connect the project with local traditions, food culture, rural identity and community life.

By presenting the project during Bukara 2026, AGRRA strengthened the visibility of ENRICH-US in the Ravni Kotari pilot area and supported the involvement of key stakeholders in the upcoming participatory process.
