Colleagues from one of the Polish partner institutions, the Stanisław Leszczycki Institute of Geography and Spatial Organization of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, visited the Research Institute for National Strategy in Budapest for a meeting regarding the Bridge2EastCE project.
The Bridge2EastCE territorial planning project aims to pilot the harmonisation of spatial planning activities between regions located along the European Union’s eastern border and to strengthen policy cooperation between these regions, with a particular focus on the labour market.
The meeting covered the identification and engagement of relevant stakeholders, as well as possible approaches to developing methodological documents. In addition to the labour market, transport and education were identified as further thematic areas for potential cooperation.
