Educational walk for local citizens

on 28th February 2026 we (PP8) organized an educational walk for local citizens of the carp Valley. This educational walk introduced the Central-BIC project – “Central European Innovative Communities for Biodiversity.” Participants learnt about ethical wildlife observation, ecosystem services, and the bird protection area Lower Skawa Valley (PLB120005) in the Carp Valley region. During the walk, they practiced identifying bird species by sight and sound while learning about their biology, ecology, and local biodiversity monitoring tools, including a new Central-BIC mobile application.
