A major milestone has been reached in the MESTRI-CE project: Advisory Hubs are now fully established and available in all partner countries. These hubs act as one-stop-shops, supporting municipalities and building owners in planning and implementing sustainable renovation strategies.
Each country has developed its own Advisory Hub, tailored to regional needs while building on shared MESTRI-CE tools and methodologies.
Austria – Regional Focus with a Strong Service Platform
In Austria, the Advisory Hub is coordinated by the Energy Agency of Styria and integrated into an existing municipal service platform. It serves as a central contact point, connecting municipalities with experts in building standards, data tools, and financing.
The hub initially focuses on Styria, particularly the Graz region and the pilot area of Bruck an der Mur, with plans to expand step by step. A strong network of partners—including financial institutions and public authorities—ensures comprehensive support, especially for public building owners.
Germany – Expanding Through a Nationwide Network
Germany’s Advisory Hub is led by the Energy Agency of Northern Bavaria, with a strong focus on the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region. It combines an online platform with a broad network of energy agencies and experts across the country.
Users can access MESTRI-CE tools, including the Smart Data Hub, and connect with specialists in building renovation, certification, and financing. The hub is designed to grow and reach stakeholders throughout Germany.
Italy – Expertise-Driven Support from CasaClima
In Italy, the Advisory Hub is managed by the CasaClima Energy Agency in Bolzano. It builds on existing advisory services and offers both technical expertise and training.
The hub primarily targets South Tyrol but also engages stakeholders across Italy. With strong institutional partnerships and expertise in energy efficiency standards and incentives, it provides tailored support to public developers and building managers.
Poland – Supporting Municipalities in Transition
Poland’s Advisory Hub, coordinated by the Mazovia Energy Agency, focuses on the Mazovian region—an area with significant renovation needs.
The hub provides an online platform with tools, funding guidance, and standardized resources, with a strong emphasis on supporting small and medium-sized municipalities. It aims to increase awareness and capacity for energy-efficient renovation and clean energy transition.
Croatia – A Collaborative One-Stop-Shop Model
In Croatia, the Advisory Hub is coordinated by REGEA and operates as both a physical and virtual support centre. It focuses on North-West Croatia, including Zagreb and surrounding counties.
The hub brings together a wide network of technical, financial, and policy experts, offering coordinated support for public and private stakeholders. Its structure ensures tailored services, from initial guidance to advanced project development and financing solutions.
Moving Forward Together
With all Advisory Hubs now operational, MESTRI-CE provides a strong, transnational support system for sustainable building renovation. By combining local expertise with shared tools and knowledge, the project empowers municipalities and stakeholders to take concrete steps towards climate-neutral communities.
The hubs are now ready to support you—whether you are just starting your renovation journey or looking for advanced solutions.
