Last week the GREENPACT project participated in the Transferability Conference in Stuttgart, which brought together 120 participants from over 15 countries and was organised by @Steinbeis Europe Zentrum. Eight EU-funded projects shared concrete results, experiences and recommendations for future policy approaches in the areas of skills development, capacity building and sustainability. The focus was on questions such as how relevant skills can be effectively transferred to end users – particularly in the cultural and creative industries, tourism and SMEs.
It was a truly European event and we appreciate the opportunity to pitch the GREENPACT project and share most important results through panel discussions and workshops. As we are approaching the end of the project we had a lot to talk about and to showcase: tools like the Collaboration Labs and the Buddy Boosting Training Program, and the GREENPACT platform featuring the self-assessment tool for SMEs from the Creative Industries and tourism sectors to evaluate their own sustainability performance.
It was beautiful to see how many EU-funded projects deal with comparable issues of sustainability and creativity, all coming to the same conclusion – we are Europe and only together we can move towards a greener and more sustainable future!
Many thanks to @Dr. Clementine Roth and her team for the fantastic organisation.
