Circular Economy Policy Action for Capacity Transfer and Uptake of Results to Enhance Innovation Ecosystems

Different rules and support schemes across central Europe make it harder for companies to reuse materials, share by-products and build circular supply chains across borders. CE-PACT adapts strategies and tools from earlier Interreg projects to help regions offer clearer, more consistent support. Policymakers, businesses and researchers will work together in practical labs, where they can test new approaches and explore how regulations affect circular solutions before wider rollout. The results will feed into regional policies and support packages, helping companies adopt circular practices under more predictable conditions.
