AI-powered Circular Construction Innovation & Investment Accelerator in Central Europe

Small- and medium-sized construction companies often lack the digital tools and financing needed to recover and reuse materials from demolished buildings. AI-CONSTRUCT-CE combines solutions from earlier Interreg projects into a support package for circular construction. Artificial intelligence will help companies map material flows and identify what can be salvaged, reused or brought back to market. A second tool will assess investment needs and help firms turn circular ideas into credible business cases. The results will also guide authorities and support organisations in creating better conditions for circular construction across borders.
