Across Central Europe, the ten REUSE2030 partners are now delivering capacity-building activities for manufacturing SMEs, helping companies turn circular economy principles into practical action.
The training programmes respond to real challenges faced by manufacturers, including:
🔹 new EU requirements on eco-design, packaging, sustainability reporting and digital product passports,
🔹 life cycle assessment and the environmental impact of products and processes,
🔹 circular business models and industrial good practices,
🔹 ESG, greenwashing and financing the sustainable transformation,
🔹 practical ways to improve resource efficiency and reduce waste.
A central part of the training is the demonstration of two free tools developed within REUSE2030:
📊 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹 – helping companies assess the environmental impact of products and identify where the greatest impacts occur:
🔄 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 – a database of practical and verified circular solutions for industrial waste streams:

As the project moves towards completion, its knowledge and tools are reaching the companies they were created for – supporting more circular, resource-efficient and competitive manufacturing across Central Europe.
