The kick-off marked an important step towards building stronger cooperation between young people, agriculture and rural communities across Central Europe.
🚜 What will Youth4Agri deliver?
The project will focus on:
🔹 Transnational training – helping young people develop skills for the agriculture of the future, including digital technologies, precision farming and innovation.
🔹 Entrepreneurship support – providing young people with business, networking and personal skills, supported by coaching and mentoring.
🔹 Youth4Agri Forum – creating a space where young farmers, rural youth, students, entrepreneurs and other young people can share their experiences and co-create solutions.
🔹 Youth Ambassadors – empowering young people to act as listeners, connectors, contributors and multipliers in their communities.
The Forum will bring together four interconnected themes:
🌾 Agriculture
💻 Green & Digital Transition
🚀 Entrepreneurship
🌍 Climate Change
The first Youth4Agri Transnational Round Table is planned for December 2026, focusing on the needs and challenges faced by young people.
The Conegliano meeting also highlighted the importance of precision agriculture and viticulture, AI and data processing, robotics, water management and climate resilience — all key areas for the future of agriculture.
👉 Youth4Agri is now moving from project start-up to action — developing practical and transferable solutions for youth skills, entrepreneurship and participation in agriculture across Central Europe.
