A central part of the Transnational Advisory Forum held in Bertinoro on 9 June 2026 was the active involvement of stakeholders through dedicated working group discussions and a final plenary session.
Representatives from transport organisations, public authorities, research institutions, and other relevant stakeholders worked together to analyse the pilot actions implemented within REDU-CE-D and reflect on their potential application in other contexts.
The working groups explored topics related to energy efficiency, environmental management practices, operational challenges, and the transferability of the customised EMS support packages developed by the project. Participants were encouraged to share experiences from their own organisations and identify factors that could facilitate or hinder the adoption of similar solutions.
The insights gathered during these discussions provided valuable feedback for the ongoing evaluation of the pilot actions and will contribute to the refinement of the project’s final recommendations and transfer activities.
The session concluded with a plenary discussion where key findings from each working group were presented and debated. This collective exchange reinforced the importance of stakeholder engagement in ensuring that REDU-CE-D results remain practical, relevant, and applicable across different transport sectors.
The contributions received during the event will support the project’s efforts to maximise the impact, transferability, and long-term sustainability of the developed EMS solutions.
