Partners from Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary met to exchange perspectives, align expectations and set the direction for the project over the next two years. The meeting created an inspiring and constructive environment to start cooperation and build a shared vision.
The main topics included:
– presentation of the project, partners and regional expectations
– overview of work packages and timeline
– launch of the joint skills needs analysis and exchange of good practices
– establishment of regional alliances
– preparation of strategies and local Action Plans
The project aims to better align skills with labour market needs and support the green and digital transition across Central Europe.
