Transferability Conference – eight EU projects on skills in Stuttgart (4 Feb 2026)

Transferability Conference in Stuttgart: Eight EU projects unite to turn skills into lasting impact

Date: 10.11.2025
The one-day event showcases how collaboration, skills and capacity-building are accelerating Europe’s green, digital and creative transformation, sharing concrete results, lessons learned and routes to scale.

Designed for policymakers, business support organisations, SMEs, educators and cultural actors, the programme blends inspiration with hands-on learning. Highlights include a keynote on “Skills as Drivers of Transformation in Europe,” a fast-paced fire-pitching session (“8 projects – 8 skill pathways”), and panels on transferring skills to end-users, stakeholder testimonials, emerging skills for green, digital & creative futures, and ensuring legacy and sustainability beyond project lifecycles. Project-led interactive workshops will let participants test tools and methods first-hand.

This conference aligns with Capacity2Transform’s mission to equip Cultural and Creative Industries and sustainable tourism SMEs with the skills and networks they need to participate in the twin transition across Central Europe — building long-term support structures and turning pilot experience into reusable guidance.

Join us in Stuttgart to celebrate impact, meet peers from across Europe and help shape the next chapter of a greener, more digital and creative economy.
