In December 2025, Agenzia CasaClima began delivering training workshops. These training modules aim to explore mechanisms and models that support energy-efficient renovations, showing participants financing models that facilitate investment in sustainable energy projects.
Two training workshops took place online on 11 and 17 December. The first workshop focused on Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). Eng. Giulia Prampolini from AESS guided the 27 participants through the implementation of EPCs in Italian legislation, demonstrating the various ways in which these contracts between public administrations and private investors can be established. The diverse audience, consisting of technicians from local public authorities and energy agencies, as well as professionals involved in building renovations, made the Q&A session particularly lively. It provided a common place of comparison for the often opposing perspectives of designers and public employees.
The second event was led by Eng. Petra Recchia from Agenzia CasaClima, and was dedicated to incentives for widespread self-consumption configurations. The main technical aspects of the Renewable Energy Community (REC) were analysed, as was the incentive scheme defined by Italian regulations. The webinar was also held online, with 20 participants.
Between the second half of January and the beginning of February, the remaining three events took place, dealing with the incentives of the Conto Termico (CT 3.0) as a tool to support energy efficiency measures in private and public buildings; the Italian framework of building subsidies for 2026; and a special session dedicated to the tools developed by the MESTRI-CE project for the economic and financial assessment of energy efficiency renovation measures.
