It was hosted by Mayor Simon Lins and Markus Berchtold from heimaten® Schwarzenberg, with contributions from Dr. Sara Lindner and Kristiane Floros of Hochschule München.

The workshop titled “Presentation of the Disaster Control Plan and Introduction of the Climate Change Adaptation Plan”, provided participants with insights into:

  • The SuPeRBE project and its objectives

  • The Disaster Control Plan
  • The Crisis Management Team

The event concluded with an open discussion and a networking reception.

The Schnifis workshop successfully launched the SuPeRBE training activities in Austria, laying the foundation for stronger local awareness and preparedness in the face of climate change.

The next steps include continued collaboration among municipal teams, experts, and community representatives to further develop and implement local adaptation measures.
