From pilot activities to transferable solutions
A major focus of the first day was on the three SYMCRAFT pilot actions. Partners presented the results and activities carried out within the pilots and discussed the progress achieved, providing a common basis for the upcoming assessment and validation of project results.
Communication was another important topic. Partners reviewed the status of ongoing communication activities, discussed the next steps and focused on the development of communication products that will support the promotion and wider visibility of the solutions developed within SYMCRAFT.
Preparing the uptake of SYMCRAFT results
With the project entering WP3, discussions increasingly focused on how the knowledge and solutions developed through the pilots can create impact beyond the pilot activities themselves. Partners discussed the assessment and validation of pilot results, the implementation of the Action Plan for follow-up activities, as well as networking and transfer activities aimed at promoting the uptake of SYMCRAFT outputs.
The meeting therefore marked an important transition from testing and developing solutions towards validating results, transferring knowledge and preparing activities that can support their wider use after the pilot phase.
Looking towards the final project phase
The second day was dedicated to the Steering Committee meeting, covering project and financial management, upcoming project changes and evidence for project results. Partners also discussed the spending forecast for the fourth reporting period and started coordinating the organisation of the final SYMCRAFT event in Italy.
The Zagreb meeting helped partners align priorities for the months ahead and establish a common direction for the final project phase – with a strong focus on validating what has been achieved, transferring the developed solutions and strengthening the long-term impact of SYMCRAFT.
