Date: 27.08.2025
By: CONE
A meeting of the CONE project partners will be held in České Budějovice on October 2 and 3, 2025. On the first day, a working meeting will take place at the České Budějovice City Hall.

The agenda of the working meeting will be to evaluate the progress of the project so far within the three Work Packages (WP 1, WP 2 and WP 3), discuss the status of deliverables and prepare next activities, including deadlines. The partners will align their priorities, identify potential bottlenecks, and ensure that the project remains on track towards its key milestones.

Project partners will present relevant pilot actions and Living Labs. The exchange of good practices and lessons learned will support knowledge transfer and strengthen synergies between the participating partners. There will also be a meeting of the CONE project communication team and project management issues will be addressed. Particular attention will be paid to stakeholder engagement and effective coordination across the project consortium.

On the second day of the meeting of the CONE project partners, there will be a visit to two pilot action locations that are part of the Living Lab in České Budějovice. Project partners will learn in detail about the pilot actions “Rainwater Management” and “Heat Stress Mitigation”, with the participation of local experts. The site visits will provide an opportunity to connect project-level objectives with practical implementation on the ground and to discuss the transferability of the tested solutions to other cities.
