GREENPACT is in its final phase! What has happened so far:
Regional Focus Group Event: Experts from industry and academia were invited to all regions to exchange ideas on sustainable concepts and gain an insight into the project.

• Success stories of sustainable start-ups
• Space for discussion
• Exchange and networking
Collaboration Lab This innovative format in all partner regions gave school and university students an insight into local sustainable practices and enabled them to work together with partners from the cultural and creative industries and the tourism sector on sustainable solutions:
• “Hackathon Style” in the Veneto region
• “Circular and Impact Entrepreneurship” in Rijeka
• “Ideathon: Green Innovation in Action!” in Bratislava
• “Innovative green ideas in the field of communication and hotel management” in Prague
• “Green Check Your Idea” and “Learning Together, Acting Sustainably” in Stuttgart
Buddy Boosting Training Program The training program covered a wide range of topics to prepare the younger generation for sustainable start-ups and to impart sustainable knowledge to interested parties from the private sector:
• Green coding
• Bioeconomy
• SWOT analysis
• Benchmarking
• Business model canvas and many other topics!
International Collaboration Lab As a fitting conclusion to the regional Collaboration Labs, the respective winners from all partner regions were invited to take part in the final competition. In the first round, the students were invited to Rijeka, and in the second round, they traveled to Bratislava! A selection of the ideas presented:
• “Smart food ordering app”
• “Make the city smile”
• “We love the city that flows”
• “Smart window design in the city center”
