On 19 May 2025, an important discussion between key stakeholders on the potential of carbon farming in Slovakia took place in Bratislava. The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic, NPPC, regenerative farmers, IZPI (focusing on education and training of farmers) and Carboneg (financing instrument).
The discussions centred on innovative techniques, monitoring strategies, business models and future opportunities for the expansion of the carbon economy in Slovakia. This dialogue is an important step towards sustainable agricultural practices and climate protection measures.
The event was organised as part of the Carbon Farming CE project by project partner No Gravity to promote collaboration and knowledge exchange for a greener future.
