On 7 October 2025, the GREENPACT project hosted a Regional Meet-up at the Institute of Technology and Business (VŠTE) in České Budějovice in cooperation with members of the Czech Chamber of Commerce (CCC). The event brought together young entrepreneurs (Generation F), educators, SMEs, and local authorities to explore sustainable entrepreneurship and innovation in practice.
The meet-up focused on presenting and testing key GREENPACT tools, including the Collaboration Lab, the Green & Impact Entrepreneurship Buddy Boosting Training Programme, and the Digital Self-Assessment Tool for the GREENPACT Certification Scheme. Participants engaged with practical examples from pilot actions, experimented with the online self-assessment tool, and explored how its scoring and star-rating system can help identify strengths and areas for improvement.
During the following discussion, attendees highlighted the value of combining educational and practical formats. Both SMEs and young entrepreneurs appreciated the hands-on approach and recognised the potential of the tools to enhance collaboration, innovation, and sustainability management.
The event confirmed the relevance of internationally developed GREENPACT instruments for regional application. VŠTE plans to show the advantages of using the Self-Assessment Tool in its entrepreneurship and management courses and continue implementing the Buddy Programme with local businesses, further strengthening the links between higher education, Generation F, and the South Bohemian business community.
