Partners presented the results of the pilot testing and the EMS Adaptation Plan, built around a six-step management cycle, from diagnosis to institutionalisation. They also approved the structure of the final EMS support package tool, which will keep the four transport modes (air, waterway, rail and urban) and turn the plan into an action-oriented toolbox.
The discussion then moved to the activities that will bring the results outside the partnership: local trainings on the EMS support package, a project awareness campaign with a video and infographics for each transport mode, National Lobbying Plans, and transfer roundtables with key stakeholders, where interest in adopting the EMS will be collected.
With the pilot phase completed, REDU-CE-D now moves from testing to transfer, bringing customised EMS solutions closer to transport organisations and decision-makers across Central Europe. The partners will meet again in Slovenia in early 2027.
