It focuses on current and future skills needs, training expectations, skills gaps, and the potential for cooperation between companies, schools, training institutions and project partners.
The tool will support the next stage of project work by helping partners better understand what competences are needed in regional labour markets, especially in areas such as mechanics, automation, robotics, digitalisation and immersive technologies.
The questionnaire will be used as a written survey and as a basis for semi-structured interviews, allowing companies to describe their specific needs, experiences and expectations in more detail. The collected information will help assess how well the existing educational offer matches business needs and will support the development of future training solutions within INNOSKILLS-CE.
