Inspiring the next generation to eat healthy and think sustainably!

As part of the Interreg foodCIRCUS project, Dr. Dávid Szakos from the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest (UVMB) visited the Szent-Györgyi Albert School, where he gave an engaging talk titled “Healthy and Sustainable Food Consumption – What Does Science Say?”  It was part of the series of lectures Dr. Szakos gave across multiple schools in Hungary.

Students learned about how science can guide our everyday food choices toward a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle. Dr. Szakos also introduced the foodCIRCUS project, which brings together partners across Central Europe to make our food systems more circular and resilient.

A big thank you to Dr. Szakos for sharing his knowledge and inspiring young minds!
