From 23th of March till 25th of March, the fourth physical partner meeting in Chemnitz (Germany) took place from 23th of March till 25th of March. During 3 days, we focused on exchanging experiences, aligning pilot progress and shaping next steps toward regional strategies, blueprints and national seminars in Autumn.
As the project is now more than halfway, there was plenty to discuss at this partnership meeting regarding recent developments in the regions.
Naturally, time was set aside to discuss, evaluate and brainstorm the local actions and pilot projects.
We also looked at the latest developments on the Toolbase, specifically the setup of the Blueprints. Otello, the scientific partner from Austria, explained the setup and use of the Blueprints section. The partners were then given the opportunity to get to work themselves, testing the setup on the spot and immediately adding their local actions.
For the ‘Inspired By’ session, we were inspired by Christoph Papendorf, coordinator of Villa Funken.
Within the steering group, we reviewed the project’s progress and discussed whether any adjustments were needed.
As communication leader, Stebo took us through the current state of communications and what still needs to be done. We also shared ideas on how best to organise our national seminars.
We concluded the partnership meeting with a visit to best practice sites in Chemnitz.
All participants engaged active during the inspiration sessions and various workshops.
Many thanks to partner Association of Cultural and Creative Industries Chemnitz and Region, for hosting this partner meeting.
The next one is scheduled for October 2026 in Poland. Our Poland partner will then invite us to Bielsko-biała. There we put our heads together to think about the regional and transnational strategy and Memorandum of understanding.
