After three years of intensive collaboration, the MESTRI-CE project has officially come to an end. This milestone is not only a moment to close a chapter, but also an opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved together.
First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all project partners for their dedication, cooperation, and shared commitment throughout this journey. A special thank you goes to Tijana (REGEA), whose guidance, coordination, and continuous support kept the project on track at every stage.
Looking back, the project’s impact is reflected in a number of key achievements:
– 271 emails shared by our communication manager
– 101 LinkedIn posts documenting the project’s progress
– 220 followers actively engaging with our updates
– 16,789 impressions and 546 reactions in the past year alone
– 241 page visitors
– 64 news articles published on the project website
– 126 events organised and attended
While these figures highlight the project’s outreach and engagement, they only tell part of the story.
Beyond the numbers, MESTRI-CE has delivered lasting results. Three innovative tools have been developed to support municipalities and stakeholders in planning and implementing building renovation strategies. In addition, five Advisory Hubs have been established across partner countries, providing tailored guidance and practical support on the ground.
Equally important is the knowledge gained throughout the project, which is now ready to be shared and applied beyond the project’s lifetime.
Finally, one of the most valuable outcomes lies in the strong relationships that have been built—both professional and personal. These connections will continue to foster collaboration and innovation in the future.
